F.K. painted a lot “self-portraits”, or pictures of herself, in many different backgrounds. She loved to include animals and plants from her native Mexico, which she loved very much. She was married to the famous Mexican muralist Diego Rivera.

"LOVE”  was created in 1970 by the  American artist artist Robert Indiana.

Indiana first created a painting for a US Post Office stamp celebration. Then, he made the “LOVE” sculpture, which stands now in New York City. When you go to New York City, you can visit the LOVE sculpture by walking around the Rockefeller Center. Have you seen it?
